Advocates Bureau Once Again Protected Interests of European Carpooling Platform

ABYs lawyers won a lawsuit that could create dangerous precedent and eventually lead to the users outflow from European carpooling platform which could endanger the clients business in Russia.

To protect the clients interests, ABYs lawyers developed a legal position that proved lack of all three types of entrepreneurial activity in actions of drivers (users of the platform): doing something at one’s own risk, profit-oriented goal, regular profit earning. Proceedings in both administrative cases were terminated due to no event of offense.

Senior associate Sergey Radchenko and associate Zahar Khrebtov represented the client’s interests in the court.
